Nature’s Aquariums and accessories are hand crafted of the finest materials by experience. Our artisan glassblowers with their years of professional skills, strive for the utmost perfection with standards not seen anywhere in the industry.
With our solid background in producing quality products, Nature proudly stands behind a full lifetime warranty against any and all defects from our manufacturing to your doorstep. Should your product break during normal operating conditions, Nature will, at its discretion, replace or repair the defective product for continued years of enjoyment at no charge for as long as you own the registered product.
Returns/Refunds/Cancellations
Nature’s strives to have the best products with great craftsmanship. We do our best to make sure all our products arrive to you in the condition you expect as purchased. For returns or damaged item claim, please contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quick as possible. No refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase. Cancellations will not be accepted once items have been shipped.
Product Changes
Nature reserves the right to discontinue or change any product it manufactures. If the original part or component of the product is not available and Nature determines to make replacement, Nature shall have the right to substitute such part, component, or product designated by Nature to be of equal quality and price.
Exclusions Lifetime warranty will not cover the following:
- Improper use or maintenance.
- Damage caused by misuse or vandalism.
- Failure/damage due to product modification.
- Incidental or consequential damage.
- Damages caused by earthquakes, floods, wind, or other “acts of God” (natural disasters).
- Small scratches, marks, slight glass curvature or other minor imperfections in the glass.
