Xtreme is a made in the USA food that compliments our Luminous Aquariums in a huge way we never thought of until we took a closer look one day at our Betta's before getting ready to do a regular water change. Upon inspection of Mr. Grumpy's Luminous Rainbow Aquarium, we noticed that at the bottom of the Luminous their was almost no visible residual waste build up after a few days of regular feeding.
This was a pleasant surprise as most typical Betta foods leave a mess after a couple of days that tends to cloud the water and look unsightly once collected at the bottom. The Xtreme Betta PeeWee food left Mr Grumpy's water crystal clear to the eyes and along the bottom was very little waste, this shows us that the foods are indeed of high quality and when fed regularly in the appropriate amounts are almost completely digested and utilized by the Betta.

While we were taking photos of Grumpy this morning, Mr. Happy was a little bothered by all the attention his new buddy was getting. So to give him a little camera love we took this great picture of Happy ascending for air.
He is such a little ham!
This morning we checked in on our little Grumpy to see how he was doing. We were so pleased to see him swimming around and already waiting for some breakfast. We feed all our Betta now with Xtreme Betta PeeWee Pellets and cannot wait to see how Grumpy looks after a few weeks of his new diet. From our past experiences with Happy, the Xtreme diet really made his colors just rich and vibrant.
We think he looks just fantastic in his Rainbow Luminous with Foundation base.
Say hello to our new gentle little Betta, Mr. Grumpy. When we first brought him home, lets just say he was not very pleased for the drive back to the house was a little rough. He was dishing out some serious attitude until we carefully placed him in his new Luminous Rainbow Aquarium. Mr. Grumpy is now on full display as you can see here swimming and enjoying all the various colors that surround him.
Normally Happy likes to hang out behind the infused color glass but when his tummy gets hungry, you will find him hanging out at the top waiting for a tasty treat. We all really think Happy can be quite the charming Betta fish when he is in a good mood, don't you agree?
